Processing Time
  • Standard items: 3–5 business days.

  • Custom work (e.g. ritual blends): 5–7 business days before dispatch.

  • During launches/holidays, processing may extend slightly.

Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands. Some printed items may ship separately from our print partner.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Packaging

Every parcel is wrapped with ritual care using protective materials. Fragile/ liquid items may include extra safeguarding layers.

Combined Orders

Orders placed close in time may be combined into a single shipment when possible to reduce packaging and carbon footprint.

Customs, VAT & Import Fees


Orders shipped outside your local customs area may incur VAT, duties, or handling fees on arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility. A phone number may be required for customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and outer packaging. Incorrect addresses, refused or unclaimed deliveries are the buyer’s responsibility; we’ll always do our best to help where possible.
