At Salbatika, every creation is prepared with devotion, energetic intention, and care. Because many of our offerings are sacred, personalised, or consumable, not all items are eligible for returns or refunds.

Our goal is to ensure your experience feels respectful, safe, and fair while also protecting the integrity of spiritual work.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to their personalised, digital, or energetic nature, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom sigils or personalised magical creations

  • Digital downloads (e.g., grimoires, guides, printable tools)

  • Ritual oils, herbal blends, or spell kits (for hygiene and energetic integrity)

Returns for Eligible Physical Items

Physical products that are not customised, perishable, or energetic in nature may be returned under the following conditions:

  1. You contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  2. The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable and insured service.

Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund, depending on the case.

Change of Mind

Please note: due to the spiritual, handmade, and ritualistic nature of our offerings, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once an item has been shipped or digitally delivered.

Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via your original payment method.

  • Delays caused by banks, payment processors, or customs are outside of our control.

Gift Orders

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue store credit or a gift voucher in the name of the original purchaser once the return is confirmed.

Right to Decline Returns

  • We may decline returns if:

    • The item shows signs of use, ritual work, or tampering

    • The request is made outside the eligibility window

    • The product is ineligible for hygienic, spiritual, or legal reasons
